TIM CRUMP - DISTRICT SUPERINTENDENT

On July 26, 2016, at the 68th District Assembly, Timothy Crump was elected as our eighth District Superintendent. Pastor Tim received his Bachelors in Theology (1982) and a Masters of Arts in Religion (1985) from Olivet Nazarene University and has done additional upper-graduate work at Nazarene Theological Seminary. On May 9, 2020, he was conferred the Doctor of Divinity degree by Olivet Nazarene University.

Tim has pastored for 31 years. In September 2012 he accepted the call to be Lead Pastor at Salem First Church of the Nazarene, Salem, Oregon. Prior to his arrival in Salem, Tim led churches in Braidwood, Illinois, Okmulgee, Oklahoma, Lombard, Illinois, Kalamazoo, Michigan, and Decatur, Illinois. His wife, Cindy, is a certified schoolteacher with a degree from Olivet in Elementary Education.

Nathan Rogers - ASSISTANT District Superintendent

Rev. Nathan Rogers received a Bachelors of Arts at Trevecca Nazarene University in 1999 and began full-time ministry in January 2000. He was ordained in 2005 on the Indianapolis District as a Deacon of Music Ministry. In 2023, he was recognized as an elder in the Church of the Nazarene. He has served as a Worship / Administrative / Executive Pastor in Tillamook, OR; Indianapolis, IN; Nashville, TN; and Columbus, IN. His wife, Emily, is a Human Resource Specialist for Columbus Regional Health. They have 4 children-Alivia, Jackson, Max, and Liam reside in Columbus.

Andrea Ritter - District Treasurer

Andrea received a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics Education from Indiana University in 2003. She worked for a short time as a substitute teacher, followed by positions as a program management support specialist and financial analyst at a Department of Defense contractor in Crane, IN. She began attending Valley Mission Church of the Nazarene after marrying her husband, Matthew Ritter, in 2002. They have three children, Madelyn, Braden and Clara. Andrea focused on being a homemaker for many years, soon after having her first child. She has served at Valley Mission Church in various positions including Sunday School teacher and now as Treasurer.

Patrick Shay - DISTRICT SECRETARY

Pat is originally from Muncie, Indiana. After moving to Bloomington and graduating from Indiana University, he worked in local government for nearly 20 years. During these years, he attended and served in youth and young adult ministry at Bloomington First Church of the Nazarene. Pat was called to full-time ministry in 2011 and has been serving as the pastor of Cory Community Church of the Nazarene since 2015. He also attended Nazarene Theological Seminary and graduated with a Master of Divinity in 2018. Pat married his wife Christina in 1998. She is the director of a non-profit providing free peer counseling, training, and spiritual development to women of all ages.
